Far too many businesses, both online and traditional, operate below their potential because they are too passive in securing cash flow. Cash is the life-blood of any business. Without it, it's not far from the truth to say you're not really in business. For established businesses, and especially for startups too, it's good advice to start making as many offers to potential clients as possible. The idea is to learn very quickly what products and services they want, and how best to present it to them so they can start creating the result they want in their lives. This is an ongoing process in any business that sustains itself beyond the first 3 to 5 years.
